    Last ban request for this leaver was rejected and admin sais "he doesnt leave"....

    Uh yes he does, check the game link and look:

    10:41 [Ing]: [AUTOBAN: IMBA #158] AM_CCA will be banned if he/she has not left within 3 mins of game over time.

     

    He straight up quit the game and ruined the balance = ban
