Логика амнистии в том что , по правилам сервера , если человек ливнул ( не важно провайдер , папа, мама и т.д) он получает бан ,как за испорченную игру . И подав амнистию модератор смотрит его стату, ливы , количество игр и после этого принимает  решение.

Переустанови варкрафт и заново настрой gproxy. Если не поможет дело в твоем провайдере.

I tell styla because you abuse admin.  Ban for insult 10 times a day but insult yourself.  And rage ban new players just for having low skill because you are angry.  Still can't believe you lost 4v3 with axe + dispersion LOL
