айкап никто не  банил. просто в iccup есть ограниченное количество игр 150-100 примерно если не ошибаюсь, после 100-150 игр бот будет требовать от игрока чтобы тот скачал gporxy, просто скачай гпрокси и играй дальше без ограничений что тут такого,  а отдельного бота для iccup  врядли будет:))
