Не могу авторизоваться через ING client 5.0.6 (не принимает пароль с большими буквами, хотя на сайте зарегестрироваться дает)

Через w3l loader в battle.net пускает. Использовал пароль с большими буквами. Сменить пароль через команду /chpass не дает -сервер пишет что только для админов.
