He was buying observer wards the whole game and wasn't puting them. Last time I checked him, he had 10 wards and was staying afk at the fountain.

While the game he was afk different times, just holding his hero to mine and stealing my exp and gold not even participating in a game.

Was typing !vk to me different times in one of the last game, in this game and in lobby before and after this game.
