Hello. Recentrly I've seen how team members swap with each other, and then swap back (at the start of the game, after skill selection) . Why such a staff is doing?

Здравствуйте всем участникам этого форума. Несколько раз видел, как игроки одной команды обмениваются с помощью swap своими героями, а потом обмениваютя (свапаются) назад (обычно в начале игры). Для чего это делается?
