Hi,
What version of Windows do you have? Tell me exactly with build number.
1. But best check/test is to play from another PC/Laptop. will works for sure.
2. Now go back at ur PC and try to repair your windows, search on google how to do it. 
3. If fail, then do a fresh Windows install.

стоит обычная 10.я ничего не менял. ну ради имбы переустанавливать винду не вижу смысла
