NO IMBA LOD

Searching for LOD IMBA more than 30 mins still can't find it. WHY ?? Not only me but most people having the same trouble. Though I use GPROXY or ICCUP doesn't matter there is no map. Is there anyway I can find it ? or is this bug or something like this ??

ICCUP make some updates, so use ingame.go.ro realm.
