Hello! I have a problem in joining the game. I go to the game through the iccup. But now the entrance is closed for me, I am banned,?  

I tried to start playing gprox many times. when joining the game I don’t see active games waiting 20-40 minutes without a result. I did everything according to the video instructions but I don’t see any games, so I have to play through the iccup again
