Why do we have 2 different rates of the top players?

I mean:

1. https://ingame.ro/openstats/?top&page=1 this one looks correct and real.

2. https://ingame.ro/Stats/TopList/ this one looks wrong and incorrect, I don't get it.

Can you explain please?

Both have different scores for the players, but both start from the beginning each month.. Well, where is the logic?
