переустановил винду, скачал вари ,прокси ,скачал с++. а тут такая ошибка,впервые вижу,че далать?

Yes it does not work,I did not change the nickname,I need this dll file I installed the library fresh and this file is

What are you doing in System32?   you should read first row in Downloads section>Gproxy and install this https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

я нашел причину!у меня 64 разрядная система,устанавливать надо 2 библиотеки для 32 разрядной и для 64,тогда заработает!
