-Fixed Ezalor bug

-Added Ban team combos mechanism: Zeus + (Bane/Furion/Maledict) are banned per team.

-Reduced Enigma's summons damage

-Reduced blackhold damage from 300/500/700 to 100 (300 when next to the hole) / 150 (500) / 200 (600)
