feeder leave no ban

lets say is a hard game and one player just get killed time after time without helping much the team , he could leave after 5 points difference between k/d and no ban and no count vs leaves...lets say hes 2-7 or 2-10.....help team by no helping the enemy feeding...is something like that if you have high ping for 3 times , not sure abt the ping threshold or if work , mean u can leave no ban, and idk if that counts vs leaves or not
