He is epic noob first of all he dont know rules he leak xp in begging,block creeps  most of the time by his possition mute players and after start insults ( check replay i cant upload pics with what he does).All games he only farms and if someone touch his creeps is kicked and we speak abouth 35-40 minutes not first 5.also he ban for leave when he kick's witch is also abusive.

Is a greedy selfish stupid kid with admin rights who not even knows the rules of his possition.

This admin kicks every time the player with a rating 2.99 by the way he has got 2.99 too.

We wait 10 minutes for the game to start. We are waiting for 2 - 3 players. and as soon as this admin comes in, he immediately kicks all the players. and we have to wait another 30 minutes before the next game starts. Take action.

Now if lobby is full and you want to play with your friend(s) who aren't in the lobby, you will leave and join with him next game. I say that because are players who wait 5-20 min and they are kicked by admins. So, Lobby full >> Start the game! 3. There are a lot of wrong kick's, so, let's make some clear rules like : When we can kick a player in lobby (or deny).
