If you feel that something may intervene in the immediate time frame I recommend you to play a CS or any other game that doesn't depend on a team that respects you, as you risk disappointing them and implicitly an admin can ban you in any game (not just w3). It is true that there are also urgent situations such as fires, urgent health problems has a family member, situations in which you really have to leave the game.
